Chris Sanderson has been very helpful throughout this process which has gone on for around 6 months with the end result being one that doesn't actually require felicity J Lord's assistance due to personal reasons. However, Chris was incredibly polite and diligent throughout, never being pushy or over bearing in his manner and approach.Should my circumstances change he will without doubt be the person i turn to.

Poor experience with Felicity J Lord

We worked with Felicity J Lord to help us find and manage a short-term let of our home while we are away. We thought having an estate agency manage this would reduce stress and admin while we were gone. We couldn’t have been more wrong, and we are kicking ourselves for not finding tenants ourselves and having a direct relationship with them, as Felicity J Lord’s tenancy management has caused far more headaches and stress than self-management would have.

I've had an excellent experience looking at a few flats with Ozlem from FJL Brixton. She's been extremely helpful and honest, and certainly helped me make decisions. I have also dealt with FJL Greenwich, and their branch is terrible. Had awful service and interactions with multiple members of staff there, including them being 30 mins late to a viewing they hadn't informed the current tenants of... Highly recommend the Brixton team, steer clear of the Greenwich team!

I have had a great experience with FJLord so far. The viewing was nice and chilled, with all our concerns and thoughts addressed. We had a little hiccup with move date and Cindy and her manager went above and beyond to communicate with ourselves and the landlady so that we didn't miss out on the property. Calls/ emails were very professional and it was nice to be listened to by the agent and have someone advocate for us. Thank you all and especially to Cindy for doing a great job communicating. We have so far had a great experience, I expect that our move in/ letting will be as flawless :)

Careless and unresponsive once they have their fee

Very unresponsive by email or phone. Rent was lost several times during the tenancy. Now 3 months after our tenants have moved out they have still failed to release the deposit that they were supposed to pay to the deposit protection scheme. And of course, no response to our complaints about this.
