I concluded that Felicity J Lord had a good understanding of the Shad Thames housing market and that they seemed likely to act as a team to achieve a sale. FJL was appointed as sole agent in mid February with photographs of the property being available within a week of that. It was interesting to hear how the property was evaluated by potential purchasers but once the initial excitement had ceased and the ultimate purchaser identified, by early May we had agreed on a selling price and the legal work began in earnest. Contract exchange took place on 28 June, with completion happening on 5 July. I was kept well informed throughout the sales process that overall was pretty stress free. I hope the new purchasers enjoy living in Wheat Wharf as much as we did.

It has been almost 4 years we spent on the property managed by FJLord and now leaving (hoped to stay more but needed a larger space with a kid in the mix). I like to mention that since the very beginning of the process (when Inga showed me the property), negotiating and finalising the contract, throughout the ~4 years of stay and the process of ending the contract, all have been managed extremely smoothly, with very fast, supportive, patient and thoughtful responsiveness from Monika and Inga whenever needed. I have to edit this and change my initial review. It seems like Gen and the FJL team only supported me when it suited them. They have been incredibly hard to work with, ignore all my emails/calls, and refuse to get back to me on a number of issues. I've had a very poor experience and do not plan on using this service again.
