From the outset what set Richard apart from other estate agents we tried was his desire to showcase the area-not just the flat we had asked to view. He showed us several flats-all slightly different with the one we originally wanted to view ending up being our least favourite! I have to edit this and change my initial review. It seems like Gen and the FJL team only supported me when it suited them. They have been incredibly hard to work with, ignore all my emails/calls, and refuse to get back to me on a number of issues. I've had a very poor experience and do not plan on using this service again.

Agent and Valuer Susannah Hope at Felicity J Lord in Shad Thames was in all honesty, a beacon of light in an otherwise very dark experience of selling and buying property! She was very in tune with what her clients need; keeping in regular and useful communication with updates on sale, a positive demeanour, avoided the cliched platitudes that can come from tricky situations. I LOVED working with Simon Totterdel at FJ Lord. We had many (many!) agents working on the sale of our London Bridge flat. I think the total was around 7. The crazy thing was that Simon and his team produced 75% of the offers we received and all the highest offers were from him! They MASSIVELY outperformed all the other agents on the sale. He was great to work with and was fantastic at getting both the offers in the door and the deal finally closed out. Closing it out involved a lot of work too, because the market turned against us during the sale process. I can't recommend Simon enough and I hope I get the opportunity to work with him again.

We have had a long relationship with FJL in both in rental management and sales; we've kept in touch over the years and trusted the market views of Chris Lee and his team. Our apartment (now sold) was located above the FJL office, so these guys have been our local 'go to' estate agents since we purchased the property 15 years ago. We want to particularly mention Susannah Hope, as she dealt with the sale of our property which started with an offer in June 2019 and ended in successful completion in Feb 2020. Her tenacity, attention to detail, and follow-up/follow-through was much appreciated by my husband and I, as we know that Susannah's patience was pushed to the limit. Along with us, she endured changes to the buyer's offer, changes to the buyer's financial circumstances, and delays from our side for various reasons mostly out of our control, and we're so grateful for her professionalism throughout. There were time differences to manage and multiple issues happening simultaneously, and Susannah kept oversight of the situation and dealt with all communications patiently and tenaciously. Along with Simon, Chris and the rest of the team, we have no hesitation in recommending the FJL Shad Thames team to anyone who may be thinking of selling through them.

Chris, Simon and Susie were a great team to deal with. They work well together, their response times were consistently quick, with a personal and professional but also direct approach throughout, taking ownership of each stage of the transactions. As a result, we managed to get things done much more quickly than expected and a lot faster than is normal for the industry because we were able to be straight and clear with each other. This team exudes experience and knowledge of the local market, a genuine interest in making things happen as well as spotting a great property and appreciating it. Crucially, they listen to the client's concerns and act upon them. While the business in general may be transactional and is based on fees, their approach was more than that, and we're happy with how quickly we moved and the lovely place we have to live in. Highly recommend!
