Gemma at F. J. Lord is one of the rare estate agents we came across that was completely honest, and gave us advice on the best way to secure the property we now are due to be living in. She gave us updates out of hours in the waiting for landlord approval. Highly recommend going with this estate agents if you're looking for speedy process and honest agents.

Ignored my emails for 2 weeks then called me 8 times over the course of an hour on Saturday morning (presumably for a viewing, I wouldn't know they didn't leave a voicemail). If someone doesn't pick up the phone after 2 attempts, leave a voicemail as clearly they're busy. Don't call every 5 minutes for an hour, at a time people MAY BE ASLEEP. No one likes pushy estate agents. I reached out about a few flats after this and never got any of the emails/flat details they promised to share so gave up with them

Gemma really went out of her way to help me and was extremely professional and friendly! When it came to viewing the flat, because I didn’t live in the London area, she very kindle FaceTimed me so I could speak to the current occupants and have a proper look before signing.
