GoogleFJL have been my letting agency for a year now and am pleased to say that their service has been nothing short of exceptional. A simple example would be the old mattress which had to be replaced. It took my point of contact - Rasa Galminaite - 1 day to organise this and get it delivered to me which I was very impressed with. Keep up the good work!

Sadly I found a property that ticked more boxes with another agent, however would have loved to have bought with Simon - so refreshing compared to experiences with other agents and would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe didn't actually end up buying a property through FJ Lord (structural issues meant we withdrew) but our estate agent Simon Totterdell, was very good and deserved 5*. He was honest, easy to contact and made the whole process very simple for us as first time buyers. A refreshing change from some of the other agents we had dealt with before!
