Amandeep has provided excellent customer service throughout the process of us changing shares. She was prompt with her responses. She explained the process in full detail and answered any questions I had. I faced some issues with homelet referencing, Amandeep contacted them for me and resolved the issue. This helped speed the process as we only had a short timeframe to get the paperwork completed. Once we signed the contract Amandeep made sure we received the signed agreements for our record. I would highly recommend F J Lord Shad Thames to friends and family as the customer service was outstanding.

She took the time to understand for what type of property I was looking and then provided me with various options that showed she was really listening to me. As we moved forward in the process, she has gone above and beyond making herself available for all of my queries and even meeting up with one of my friends to view a property on my behalf when I was unable to do so. Although I didn't buy through them, they were very helpful, proactive and professional agents during my search process. Moncef took a lot of time out to show me around his home turf on the Isle of Dogs at the start, and Susannah was really friendly and helpful later on when I was looking to put an offer in on one of their properties (and still even again afterwards when unfortunately I had to pull out of the purchase). One of the better London agents in my experience and as such they would be one of my first stops on any future property sales or searches as a result.

My partner and I have been looking to a rent a property in the area for a few months and I have to admit, we are quite particular in our needs. Inga took our initial enquiry and has been a delight to deal with. Obviously, we registered and spoke with a LOT of estate agents covering the area and found some to be all out rude and others to just not really care - the property market in London is so fluid, all too often estate agents don't care about the renters as they know the property will let anyway. Inga was so far removed from this, that it has driven me to write this review (I hardly ever write reviews!). From the very beginning, Inga took the time to really understand what it was we were looking for, she was professional and friendly throughout the whole process and kept us updated even when it was difficult to get hold of us. She managed our expectations throughout and was an ultimate professional the whole time. I would 100% recommend anyone looking to rent in this very busy area speaks with Inga - she is a STAR!

When I was looking for a rental property, the agency was highly responsive and friendly, with them easily contactable and always on the front foot. They were able to talk through what we were looking for in a property, and were able to help ensure that the best agreement was reached when we found one. Also, a lot can be said for how they operate, with rental offers effectively being first come first served instead of a price war. This makes the whole process a lot less stressful and relaxing. Special shout out to Gemma who was very helpful throughout, and ensured that other members of the team were knowledgeable about the situation when she was not available.
