In particular we were looked after by Richard, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and property market, and took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences. He was also available to answer our questions and provide valuable insights, and was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Finally, Richard was also very organized and efficient in arranging viewings, and very transparent and honest in his communication, which we greatly appreciated.

I had a Surrey Quays apartment rented through Felicity J Lord. When renewing the letting agreement I was charged £110 more than the verbally agreed fees. They realise their error and promised to refund the difference but despite many calls and persistence they did not fulfil this promise and I was passed around from person to person. I have chosen to not let my flat with this estate agent any more as a result of their dishonesty

And in spite of some ongoing maintenance issues after moving in, Lisa from the lettings management team has been very helpful and professional in trying to find a solution. Overall, FJL Shad Thames have always communicated well and delivered on the expectations and would recommend the office to anyone looking for a property in the area.

I have been living in the Shad Thames area of London SE1 for 12 years now and have dealt with various estate agents over these years as I rent properties! I have found my interactions with Gemma to be first class and incredibly professional. She is an asset to Felicity J Lord and I hope she is appreciated by the organisation! Lord, I was blown away by his knowledge, attention to detail and creative ideas on how to better utilise the space - all of which far outstripped other agents I worked with during the process. As a first time buyer, I was very appreciative of Richard’s communicativeness and ease to reach at all times, as well as the unmistakable feeling that he was ‘on my side’.
