GoogleFirst time I moved to London and I've found really cooperative and helpful people at Felicity J Lord Greenwich. Althought there were some little difficulties, due to the fact I was moving from Italy, I have to say that Lewis and Shannon in particular have been very kind and helped me to go through all the process smoothly.

The best service I've had from a letting agency. Our agent Jennifer at the Islington branch couldn't have been more helpful. The communication was excellent and she was friendly and knowledgeable making the moving in process very easy. A total contrast to the last time I moved with a different agency! I would highly recommend them.

Bow office team were super efficient, and whole process of finding tenant, organising all the paperwork and documentation was seamless with all the new online processes especially as I'm based abroad. Process from start to finish of marketing the flat and moving in a tenant was executed incredibly efficiently within a week. Great experience.

FJL has always found us excellent tenants and our flat has never been left vacant. I'd like to single out Jordan...her upbeat telephone manner inspires such confidence! I pay for the whole package but usually find my own workers to do the maintenance as FJL is liable, in my opinion, to prefer overpriced companies.

We had a rather difficult situation with our last tenant, who unfortunately had to vacate the property earlier due to ill health. Justyna, whom we have been dealing at the agency, was very proactive finding new tenants and helping us trough the process with prompt and helpful advice. She's fantastic.

Terrible customer service. Never call back about booking viewings. My husband and tonight were left standing for 20 minites waiting for the estate agent to meet us for a viewing. Their call centre couldnt wven put us on touch with th person who was meant rk be taking the viewing. Not impressed
