Great service from Charlotte at the Clerkenwell Branch who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Impressed by the online portal for letting registration, reservation, contracts and referencing which made the whole experience pain free. Everyone I've spoken to at FJL has been as helpful as they are cheerful which is brilliant having dealt with other, not so professional agents, in London.

Blackheath branch - they literally only care about commission and do not care about your concerns. The lack of regard I experienced and the inconvenience and stress caused I will NEVER forgive or forget. Estate agents are usually economical with the truth, but this was beyond spiteful and ridiculous. I'm currently waiting for a refund and my contract to be voided.

A stellar service, even without considering a worldwide pandemic.2nd time I've used those guys, will be returning again. And they have a web portal, which tracks all the paperwork and actions, so they get additional points on that too.

This happened in August - they still have not returned the money to him or responded to my emails/callsLandlords - they owe me over £6,000 of commission erroneously charged.They have ignored emails and phone calls Utterly incompetent and dishonest.
