I have owned my buy to let flat for 8 years and since then I have used Felicity Lord as my letting agent. I have had 4 sets of tenants all of whom have been exemplary. This time Hannah and David have acted for me and found new tenants quickly. They have been thorough and helpful throughout the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Charlotte in the Clerkenwell office was fantastic and helped us find tenants very quickly, and Jennifer Hambling in property management has provided an excellent service - kind and professional, with a very fast response rate.
