Nothing positive about this estate agent. Ignores communication via email and phone calls for 2 months about a leak in the property. When they want something regarding the illegal electric box fixed with tape, they want immediate help from me. And on top of that they will make up lies about rent arrears to mess your next rental. Sad and unprofessional staff.Canada Water branch

Absolutely despicable service. Have been trying to sort out serious damp issues for a month and have been chasing to no proper response. They then send out a roofing contractor who has supposedly attended my property… except they haven’t and I’ve never let them into the property! Never answer the phone when I ring, never rent a property from this company!
I am sorry you have felt the need to leave this review. I have spoken with Sai Kher one of our in Branch Property Manager, who has been dealing with this and I can see from notes saved on the tenancy and the email chain that you have been given regular updates via telephone and email. There was a delay as we required approval from the landlord and Sai kept you in the loop on this and contractors have attended and work is scheduled as per your acknowledgement email dated 13th October 2021.I do understand that this can be frustrating for you however as mentioned Sai has kept you informed and updated.

I arranged for two back to back property viewings that happened to be handled by two different agents at FJLord. I received email confirmations for the viewings but the agents did not show up at either, nor did they cancel or indeed answer the phone when I called them. Appalling customer service

We are tenants who has just used FJL to find our flat.Organising viewings was straightforward, and once we'd decided to sign for somewhere the process of getting everything organised was very simple. All done through an online portal that made the process quick and easy.Hannah and Ellie from FJL were easy to contact and very helpful any time we had questions or needed advice.All in all a great experience!

Horrible experience, they only contact you when it's for their own benefit.I reported several issues with the apartment that needed to be fixed (bathroom door not well fit, blinds rail detached, bathroom extractor not working, etc.) and kept being told that they would send someone soon. I kept chasing for months and eventually gave up.
