GoogleI've had a terrible experience so far since I moved into an apartment managed by FJL Greenwich. The process before moving in had some hiccups, but after moving in things have gotten worse! After several calls and emails no one from fjl has come the fix the wardrobes and other parts of the house that were faulty before we moved in. The worst part is they're yet to completely sort out the heating system which wasn't functioning in this cold weather, leaving us to suffer for no reason.

Every month there's a detailed report of exactly the ins and outs including invoices for any maintenance in the flat. As soon as one tenant left, they immediately found new tenants for it. It has made life very easy for me!
