Refusal to do essential repairs

We moved into our property 4 months ago.The property was not remotely clean, many items were leftover from the previous tenants, and half the blinds in the property were missing or broken. These are still not resolved.We then experienced an issue with the hot water and the en suite shower. Felicity J Lord considered these issues to be "non-urgent" and did not make any attempt to fix them. As I write this review, it has been 35 days and a contractor has still not been organised to even look at the issue.Throughout this time, Felicity J Lord has consistently played down the seriousness of the issues with the property and attempted at all times to avoid communication.I have never received such a poor experience from a letting agency before Felicity J Lord.

Blackheath branch - they literally only care about commission and do not care about your concerns. The lack of regard I experienced and the inconvenience and stress caused I will NEVER forgive or forget. Estate agents are usually economical with the truth, but this was beyond spiteful and ridiculous. I'm currently waiting for a refund and my contract to be voided.

I don’t know what’s worse - rude staff (maybe I just wasn’t lucky, there must be someone nice working there) or their horrible property management. We’ve been renting an apartment through them, for the last 4 years the repairs usually take ages and lots of emails to finalize even in case of emergencies. I definitely don’t recommend. Worst experience ever.
