GoogleWe had an issue with our bathroom and the staff was incredibly swift and helpful in getting it sorted. However, this seemed to ebb once yearly review was over and we had left our 5 star review as now that additional issues are cropping up we are being ignored.

GoogleAwful company, they talk the talk to have you sign up with them explaining how they are best for properties in that price bracket then they fail to communicate with you at all. They fail to return your calls and even when you email to serve notice they simply take the property off and make no attempt to even discuss why you are leaving. Avoid and use a decent estate agent.

FLJ have been managing my property for just over a year now. I have been kept up to date throughout and consulted on any issues that have occured. Every month there's a detailed report of exactly the ins and outs including invoices for any maintenance in the flat. As soon as one tenant left, they immediately found new tenants for it. It has made life very easy for me!
