GoogleSpent a significant amount of time searching for an apartment with Danny Bradley (based at the South Quay office) who was very helpful and receptive to what we needed. Danny was never pushy and helpfully flagged up any and all apartments that met our criteria in a timely fashion. Would wholeheartedly recommend FJL and especially Danny for your property searches.

GoogleOne of the WORST agencies I have ever had the misfortune of working with. They don't reply to emails, or calls. Issues are never fixed. I've been waiting four months for an issue to be fixed yet nothing has been done. It's as if they don't want to do the basics of their job. Avoid them, I promise you don't want to deal with their headache and pay them at the same time.

I’m extremely unhappy with Felicity J Lord’s service. Despite my offer being accepted over a month in advance, the contract arrived just 2 days before my move-in date despite my multiple requests. I had to chase every step and was misled about payment methods. Indeed because my payment was being refused on the portal without any explanation, an alternative solution was proposed in order for me to get keys on the move-in day. Despite complying with these requirements, I was denied keys on the day. This lack of professionalism and coordination is disappointing and shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
