I had the best experience with the agency as we needed to move in to the house within less than 3 working days and Chantelle from the canary wharf branch made sure that we got the keys at the time we wanted. She was super professional, available all time, super quick to respond to our queries and ironed out any issues quickly that could have delayed the move.
