This agency is so shady. They advertised a house using very old photos, and failed to mention that it needed renovation/modernisation in the ad. Two other agencies advertised it as well, but using only one photo (the outside) and they had mentioned it needed modernisation. When we then spoke with the agent over the phone, she mentions there was no flooring and no kitchen cupboards. I ask why this was not reflected in the photos; she says the photographer would take new photos and advertise them. When I follow up about the photos, I’m told they were not ready. The owners then decide to auction the house. When we get to our appointment, another agency was doing viewings and tells us Felicity Lord was decommissioned as the house was being auctioned. We still wait for the agent (who was supposedly 5 minutes late). 45 minutes later, no show, and she calls and makes up some story to explain the no show. Probably because they were decommissioned. Such disrespect for our time and effort.

This agency is absolutely useless. My sister rented house this summer with them, and now is full with mold, is impossible to live there, and dangerous for their health, also it damages their belongings. The agency is not helping, saying that they're waiting for landlord approval, and now they wait for months for this approval.

Christine from the Blackheath Standard branch was extra helpful with our house purchase. When the lawyers were nowhere to be seen or heard from, she helped us get some information from the vendor and clear up some questions raised in the survey. She then very proactively did her best to hurry the conveyancers along and make sure they talk to each other and the sale progresses, really couldn’t much for anything else, thank you so much!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
