GoogleFJ Lord would highly benefit from hiring more people like Ramandeep - an exceptional property manager. Was swift to answer all queries quickly or to even just send a holding email of acknowledgment, which is not only great practice but super appreciated.
Any issues we’ve raised with the property, even if other agents at FJ Lord failed to reply or address (which happens too often!), the moment we contacted Ram, it was resolved within 24 hours.
It is extremely clear that Ram takes the role seriously, is there to assist the tenants and the landlord - that is evident from emails and over the phone conversations. Ramandeep provides efficient and reliable service, with great attention to detail. Other employees at FJ Lord should definitely be learning from Ram.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend for house purchases. Had an aborted sale after 5 months of back and forth. Despite several written and verbal conversations where I asked for more clearer communication, I found communication was very one way when they needed me and when there were a lot of delays with no communication from them. Always explained as “I was on holiday” despite no out of office.
I found there was a lot of unhelpful finger pointing and no accountability.
I’ve rented a place with Felicity J Lord Greenwich after pulling out of this place so want to be clear that my review is specific to the branch and to sales

Lord Blackheath Village. Jacob Tull, has especially been super helpful in talking through the whole process and has provided a lot of assistance from the viewing to the technicalities of the renting process. This has been my best experience so far renting in London, mainly due to Jacob’s professionalism, kindness and fast responses to any queries I’ve had so far.
Cannot recommend enough if you are still looking for a property.
