Google6 months of reporting problems with a rented flat, and 6 months of radio silence from FJL. The owner was absolutely the main culprit, but FJL's total lack of communication means they share the blame. The tenants (not myself) ended up moving out due to persistent leaks and the lights no longer working. I'd recommend avoiding.

GoogleInitially rang through to wrong office but staff were so helpful in getting me transferred to the right people. By the end of the day my property had been photographed and was being advertised on their website. Lisa and the blackheath village office were polite, helpful and very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a agent to let a property.
