GoogleVery difficult to contact. I moved three weeks ago and am still waiting for the deposit from my last flat to be returned. I have phoned and emailed repeatedly and have received no answer from Felicity J. Lord. At one point they even tried to chase me up for "rent arrears" from the flat I no longer live in!

GoogleDecent enough Estate Agents, responsive when I needed to contact them. Our purchase took just over 3 months to complete which was about normal I believe. They will send you to their own mortgage broker and lawyers but you're under no obligation to use them.

GoogleOh how I wish I'd read the previous review. DO NOT USE they force you to see their mortgage advisor before they'll so much as show you a house (even though I have my mortgage in principle in place and deposit ready to go). To add insult to injury, you can't see the mortgage advisor for over a week and 'have to' spend an hour with them. This has definitely put me off buying with these agents so I hope serves as advise for those looking to sell also.
