GoogleLily reached out to me regarding my property as the tenancy was due for renewal. I wanted a rental increase so she provided me with the market value and suggested a proposed amount to increase the rent too. Lily’s effort and understanding was outstanding.

GoogleThe most jerk agency and persons we could ever meet ! They’ve lie us and still our holding deposit, left us with a small 2 years old kid on the street although we were happy to pay 1 year upfront due to an unknown parking ccj! Absolutely disgusting services. Stay away !!!
