GoogleHorrendous communication with tenants. The office regularly promise to call you back to resolve queries, but consistently fail to do so, and seem completely unbothered by the customer experience.
FJ Lord were also slow to resolve issues during the tenancy (it took them one month to repair a shower, despite the landlord agreeing to repairs promptly) and slow to respond after the tenancy (it took a number of unanswered requests on our part and over 5 weeks for our deposit to be returned).
During the tenancy the landlord also expressed frustration for how disorganized and slow FJ Lord were. They’re a very lacklustre company who show absolutely no care to the needs of tenants, steer clear of them if you can.
Finally, I previously left a negative review of FJ Lord. Within hours they emailed me to ask me to remove it (despite having not responded to numerous emails before that where I had raised similar concerns). They seem more attentive to their Google Rating than their actual customer queries, and I do think this means that many of the other positive reviews on here can’t be trusted, FJ Lord have clearly requested certain customers to leave reviews and requested other customers to edit or remove them.

Truly appalling communication with tenants. The office regularly promise to call you back to resolve queries, but consistently fail to do so, and seem completely unbothered by the customer experience. During the tenancy this was an issue - our shower was broken for a month before being repaired (despite the landlord replying promptly, the letting agent massively delayed things), and continues to be a problem after the tenancy (FJ Lord are ignoring our requests for the deposit to be returned & not replying to emails). Our landlord has also expressed frustration at the letting agent regarding their poor communication and organisation. FJ Lord Blackheath are best avoided.

This was the first time we gained access since the tenants vacated and I can appreciate that there was some condensation in the bathroom caused by a recently resolved leak, however of course this would be rectified before new tenants moved in.
