I have recently purchased a property through Felicity J Lord estate agents, which was part of a difficult and complicated chain. FJL were an absolute pleasure to work with. An incredibly professional and hardworking team of people, they handled a difficult sale incredibly well. Their communication is absolutely first rate. Calls and e-mails are answered almost immediately, and never was I kept waiting for someone to take my call, or kept on hold. The agent we dealt with, Vicki, was superb at anticipating potential issues, and making sure everything from the numerous parties involved, was completed. Time and time again, she went above and beyond what would generally be required of an estate agent to make sure this sale went through. Had it not been for Vicki's hard work and dedication, I do not believe this sale would have been completed. We were kept constantly updated at every step of the process. When the agent was away from the office, we would be notified in advance and handed over to a colleague who had been fully briefed. Everyone we dealt with at the firm was courteous, professional and efficient. The team work long hours, making it easy to contact them after the normal working day. I cannot recommend this agency enough, and they set the bar very high indeed. I look forward to working with them again, and would not consider using a different agency.

+ they tried to smuggle hidden points to the contract upon renewal - when confroncted they justified it by "automatic every year adjustments to adhere to currrent law and standards" - this is how you call new fees ;) + asked 4 different times for account to return deposit to, just to prolong the process even though we send them one with notice letter, + been nearly 6 weeks and not even fraction of the deoposit is returned (landlord asked for around 600 deductions, but after the deadline she had) Non disputed part not returned. We had to raise dispute ourserlves with TDS just to have some hope to force them to return our money back.
