GoogleFinally got a good property manager Frank Ciulla who actually made the effort to help tenant solving their urgent issue. I've experienced other managers who only tried their best to avoid my calls and delay the repairing process in the same company, but I have to give a thumb up to Frank who was kind and helpful throughout the whole time. Frank has changed my view for this agent. please keep up the good work.

GoogleGreat communication from the onset of contacting them to sell my house. The photos taken for the publicity was absolutely lovely, even I wanted to buy my property from those phots. They did the photo's and write ups which was an initial worry for me, and communication of progress continued throughout the sales process....All in all, I have no complaints and I certainly would use Felicity J Lord again if need arises...Thank you guys.

GoogleI had the worst experience with this agency. Letting agent did not show up to the viewing. I was waiting there for 30 minutes, called the office but they were unable to give me the phone number to the agent. Additionally, when I arrived at there, it turned out that the whole building was under construction which the agent forgot to mention. Don’t waste your time with these clowns.

GoogleWhen I first met Vicki Tait from Felicity Lords, I treated Vicki like I would treat any other Estate Agent, however I when I chose the place I liked,I found Vicki Tait a very professional person , very warm and friendly and was always going that extra mile to help me as best as she could even giving suggestions when things were not working the way I wanted. I have even had the pleasure to get to know two lovely ladies, namely Victoria and Justyna from the Lettings Agent who also were very keen to help me . I do highly applaud Felicity Lords, Blackheath who have such lovely people working for them and put their clients at ease going out of their way to help their clients. I highly recommend Felicity Lords, Blackheath who have really friendly , courteous, professional people working for them. GoogleLisa hendry at Blackheath village branch is incompetent at managing properties. I have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt over a number of years but she is still useless as is her management department. They don’t bother to answer emails and lie about what they have done. FJL head office management support their staff snd never the customer. As a landlord who wants his tenants looked after and rent paid to you on time i would strongly suggest you find another company and lettings manager to deal with. The 5 star reviews are from people who have just signed contracts and have had no experience of the agency
