We're house hunting at the moment, and spent the day looking at properties with the help of Rayhan Rahaman. We've seen some really nice places, and appreciated Rayhan's calm, helpful and knowledgeable approach. He knows the area really well and was able to give us excellent guidance, without being pushy. He also listened to our wish-list and the properties he's suggesting for our consideration are in line with what we're looking for. Thanks for your help Rayhan - we're optimistic that we'll find somewhere eventually!

I had a very good experience with a recent property purchase with Felicity J Lord Greenwich. Anh Le and Alex Lawrence were both very helpful and communicative, they explained everything clearly and were available to speak to promptly throughout the process. Given my positive experience I would certainly consider working with Felicity J Lord to market a future sale.

Very impressed with the firm, especially Martin L who made our purchase as pain free as possible and really went the extra mile to show us the area and help ensure we had all the info we needed prior to completion. He worked tirelessly, alongside ourselves and the vendors, to help get the sale over the line. After sales support is there too. Would recommend the firm to anyone in the area.

Martin and Alex have been superb! Throughout the process of buying a property they were prompt in their replies to queries, and furthermore their communication was clear and timely, which kept us informed of developments. There were a couple of times in the buying process that their involvement and role with communicating to the vendor on our behalf was very important and much appreciated. Thanks for you help and great service.

My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience working with James around the purchase of a flat in Greenwich. He was pleasant to deal with throughout. In particular James was very responsive, acknowledging our queries within minutes or hours and forwarding responses immediately. Also we found him to be transparent and honest. When he was away for a few days the branch manager Alex covered well so there were no delays.

Arnaud is very professional, punctual and diligent. I had interacted with a number of estate agencies. FJLord and Arnaud in particular stand out as reliable and knowledgeable firm thorough in their understanding of the client's needs and the ability to accommodate most (if not all) of the property search criteria

FJL provided us with an excellent service whilst buying our first flat, in particular James who was always punctual and available for viewings after working hours. His proactive approach in chasing up the solicitors made sure we could complete as quickly as possible. He was always professional and happy to give advice and support throughout the whole buying process which was especially helpful being first time buyers!

Arnoud at Felicity J Lord was fantastic throughout the buying process. He wasn’t sales-y like any other typical real estate agent. Instead he took the time and care to show us the property, understand our needs and share little details about the property/ buying process. He not only gave us enough space and time to make our decision but also supported us with his wisdom. He has an empathetic and understanding working style and we enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend him. Thank you, Arnoud, for such a positive experience! - First time buyers

Alex and the team at FJL were instructed to sell my property, and did so in a professional and efficient way. They had serious buyers ready to go, kept me updated and the sale went through with the minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.

Martin and Alex were great, guiding through the entire process of myself and my wife buying our first property in England, with them being very responsive liaising with myself and the vendor on very short notice, advising about mortgage broker who provided both mortgage and insurance at very competitive rates based on my research, same for technical due diligence provider.

Worked with Anh Le on a property purchase and it was a very smooth experience - from viewings through to offer. Anh was thoroughly professional and went above & beyond with requests for additional pictures / videos of the flat, arranging additional viewings, etc. Would recommend these guys overall if you're looking buy.

I sold my flat though Felicity J Lord and found them outstanding. I worked with several agencies working in the Greenwich / Deptford Bridge area and found FJL by far the best. Alex was accessible, effective and proactive and everyone else I dealt with was always helpful and polished. They were able to find a buyer within days where others had struggled for months. Highly recommended.

Martin at Felicity J Lord in Greenwich has been fantastic at helping us with our property search. He is professional and very communicative, however does not spam us with calls like some estate agents tend to. He went above and beyond in assisting us in finding the house of our dreams and has been helpful and very responsive in assisting us with the purchase process.

My property manager at Felicity J Lord, Sarah Kelsey, has worked miracles, recently fixing something that’s been an issue in my flat for a long time. She’s always responsive, friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you Sarah for being supportive and fixing my requests so quickly. You’re a real credit to the company.

I had the pleasure of working with James to find my first home. He was professional, knowledgeable and personalised every search based on the feedback I provided him. He also responded to any queries very promptly and made provisions should he be out of the office. I'd highly recommend Felicity J Lord and based on my personal experience, James is an excellent estate agent.

Attended a very busy viewing day organised by Alex and a colleague for a house near Deptford Creek. Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the house and area. He even took photos of the attic for me, standing on a stool and holding my phone through the hatch. Great job.
