In spite of Covid, Felicity J Lord managed a quick sale for me. I put my property on the market on 1st July and completed on 16th September. Alex was excellent and arranged for a plumber on two occasions and he and Martin even watered the garden.

James was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying our first home, from the first viewing through to completion, cannot recommend highly enough. Also helped us through the process of an undertaking of keys which I understand is not very common, made this process really easy for us. Thanks James!

Selling/leasing your home can be a very long-winded and frustrating experience but we always felt FJL had our best interests at heart and had a really nice personal and friendly touch. We worked a lot with Alex and Amelia on the sale side who were both fantastic and a lot with Sade on the lettings side who was also brilliant! They always had time to pick up the phone and explain things which was much appreciated. It was a long process but we got there in the end and were ultimately really pleased with the service. We would recommend FJL as a great Greenwich agent!
