I sold my flat with FJ Lord in August 2016 and everyone I met from the Greenwich office was helpful and knowledgable from pricing to completion. I would recommend them to anyone, especially first time buyers/sellers, as the process can be incredibly stressful and having a team that know their stuff, will take the time to listen, and generally be there to support you throughout is so important. Massive kudos to Rebecca, Alex, Joe and Harry for all their help!

Lovely dealing with James, he is unlike any other Estate Agent I have ever come across, he was sincere and genuine, he only called when he said he would, he didn’t pressure or cajole. James explained things to me very clearly giving be the benefit of his experience and I felt that he had my best interests at heart. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and hope to work with him in the future!

After having a prior purchase fall through, I was working to a tight time frame to save the chain I had. Martin at Felicity J Lord was an excellent partner in helping us find a new home that we would love for years and was always available to discuss how to get the transaction to go through. Highly recommend.

As a first time buyer, we were shown around a few properties by our estate agent Anh Le who was very professional yet friendly and helpful throughout and had no hesitation in answering any questions we had regarding the properties. He was also happy to followed up on other questions/information required. Would highly recommend!

Honestly, most agents are a nightmare to deal with because of the nature of the business. FJL have made me feel important and respected the whole way through the process of buying a property and I couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re lucky enough to be represented by FJL, ask for Arnaud den Bakker!

James, you and your team have been great in handling our recent purchase of the flat. From Day1, at the viewing stage (in the pouring rain, mind you!!), you knew exactly what we were looking for and brought us to properties that met our criteria. No time wasting. Deal done and proceeded without a hitch. Great job and very pleased with the professionalism shown by both you and your team.

Really professional and great communication with us throughout. After initially being with another agent, we’d had enough at lack of progress. FJL were far more proactive in finding a buyer and always kept us up to date with how the viewing were going on. Also only semblance of sanity once solicitors got involved with both my own and the buyers solicitors being difficult, but FJL kept them both in check.
