We recently sold our property with FJL Greenwich and even though it had been a bit of a slow process (due to market at the time of us listing) the team here continued to stay positive and keep up the viewings where possible. Feedback was given pretty quickly and any interest was followed up promptly. Once we had sold we were updated when we needed to be but we did have to chase for updates from the buyers side (Arnaud and Alex followed this up quickly) to keep the momentum going. Overall we had a good experience with FJL, the team were friendly and professional, thank you for everything! A special mention to Arnaud who we mostly dealt he was great, friendly and very informative, lovely to chat to also!

We were pleased with our experience with FJL when selling our property. This was our second house sale so we had other respective agents to compare the experience against. They were so much more personal, efficient and pretty much always got back to us a few hours when we had any queries. From initial enquires to having the house live on their website and rightmove was a matter of days and they organised every step. The FJL team and in particular Martin were a pleasure to deal with, understood our requirements and secured a successful sale in a very short space of time which allowed us to go back to normal life without viewing until the completion took place. We've been impressed with our experience so we'd be happy to recommend them to any one.

Martin and Alexander were both great, and in particular Martin who showed us the property had excellent local knowledge, and was really generous in his advice. They showed me a number of properties which fit my criteria and we ended finding a great little house. Once we made an offer on the place the communication and efficiency of the team in pushing things through was excellent. They also put in much touch with their mortgage broker who was equally good to work with Would highly recommend the team if you are looking for a property in Greenwich.

I don't normally leave reviews online, but FJL has been so fantastic that I feel obliged to do so. I feel extremely lucky to have Martin Lawes (Greenwich branch) as my agent, he is perfect, pretty much an example for all real estate sales reps out there! Martin has great sales techniques which put clients at ease and never pressure them in purchasing decisions. He does anything that is expected from him and even beyond his responsibilities so well. I have asked to view the flat repeatedly for 3 times, but Martin has been kind to accommodate and helps to find answers to questions that I have. What impresses me most is how Martin has been so involved and willing to take ownership of responsibilities in the whole process throughout, I have experienced some issues with conveyancing, but Martin and his colleague Alex Lawrence have stepped in to assist me in resolving and frequently provide me with updates and professional advice, surely they are doing a better job than my solicitors!

Through the uncertainity of Brexit when trying to sell our penthouse apartment (and a significantly depressed market), Alex and team have provided me with invaluable advise and guidance on the general property environment. Having tried several other estate agents around Greenwich and been disappointed with their performance, Felicity J Lord have been a breath of fresh air in their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. From the first moment we met them, they instilled a feeling of trust that they were knowledgeable of both Greenwich and our development (something other previous estate agents hadn't done!), they kept us up to date regularly and got us an offer on our place within a month. The contact throughout was excellent with Olivia calling us regularly to provide feedback and warning of viewings. We ultimately chose to decline the offer due to a change in personal circumstance. But again, the team of Martin, James and Alexander were very understanding and professional in dealing with this and we cannot thank them enough. Our only regret is that we did not use them previously when other sales had fallen through with other estate agents. I would strongly recommend using them over other local agents!

James was so incredibly helpful, professional and friendly from the moment I first met him. As a first time buyer, I was utterly clueless as to the process of purchasing a flat, but he was so supportive, talked me through everything with total professionalism, and was always available each time I had a question - either by phone or email. He was also very patient when I asked him to revisit the flat a good three additional times before I completed - and even humoured me while I told him all of my decorating plans. If anyone is looking to buy a flat within the area, I couldn't recommend contacting James more - you will be so happy with his service and warm character. Further to this, he was fantastic at keeping me updated with everything that was happening, and continued to call to check that everything was okay - 10/10 for customer service. Thank you so much for all of the help and support you gave to me James - as someone who gets in a flap over the simplest things, I needed someone with a level head like yours to help me through this process. Had a terrific experience here with FLJ, especially Martin Lawes, the Assistant Branch Manager, who handled my sale. He helped me handle offers, put me in touch with mortgage advisors, and also helped with finding surveyors and getting all the necessary legwork done. He was incredibly helpful and easy to reach, and was always attentive and quick to answer questions or help with issues. The turn around for the sale was very quick, but Martin was there every step of the way and did a fantastic job. If you find yourself buying in SE, this is the place to go. I'm renting a place in Alloa road and this branch is property manager of the house. Both Nicholas and Lily have always been ignoring repairs, emails sent by the tenants on mould or boiler issue. In fact today we have a water and gas leak with the danger of maybe more heavy consequence. They will put your life at risk such as this occasion to save money, they will send their maintenance guy to come walk around the house and do nothing. And ask you to confirm on the phone to the agency that the tenant is happy... some sort of threatening mixed to unprofessionalism! I will never ever rent with them! Currently two legal advise routes have been initiated. Worst estate agency or branch that have ever met!

Brilliant estate agents. All the staff are very helpful and absolutely professional and pleasant from start to finish. No hard sell, just polite and honest service. Valuation was very realistic and thorough; marketing was good with amazing photos, using traditional marketing tools as well as new technology including flink. Good communication was maintained throughout. As a family with small children viewings are not the easiest to arrange, therefore James and Alex made sure all potential buyers were financially vetted before arranging a viewing to save us any unnecessary stress. Once an offer was made James made sure all parties were happy, informed and up to date throughout the process until completion. This involved a lot of hard work and excellent interpersonal skills. We highly recommend choosing Felicity J Lord Greenwich when considering selling your property, they will make the process as stress free as possible.
