GoogleWe have now bought 3 properties through FJLord and sold 2. We wouldn't go anywhere else. When things go a little "pear shaped"; which they inevitably will do. They always find a way to sort things out. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe just relocated from the US and had to decide on a flat in just two days. To that effect, we selected the flats for viewing ahead of time by contacting a number of agents. Once on the ground, we realized that some of the pictures didn't necessarily reflect the reality. Jeni Allen at Felicity J. Lord did an outstanding job in having us visit a flat which we had initially disregarded based upon the pictures, which ended up being the one that we chose. She was also very helpful in providing us with guidelines for settling in. I highly recommend her.

GoogleFelicity J Lord were the 3rd estate agent we hired to sell our Butlers Wharf apartment. The difference was night and day. From the outset Chris and Gavin acted as if it was the only property they were selling. truly responsive and unrivaled feedback on progress day by day. Practical help in providing plants etc to improve the look as we didnt live in London. If we ever buy or sell again in London it will be with Felicity J Lord.
