Sadly I found a property that ticked more boxes with another agent, however would have loved to have bought with Simon - so refreshing compared to experiences with other agents and would definitely recommend.

GoogleFJLord were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Particularly Sussanah who was handling the transaction. She was always available to answer questions and chase the relevant people. The process was not smooth but Sussanah did a great job despite issues out of her control.

The follow up from sale agreed through to completion was exemplary, and was hugely instrumental in driving the process along. I’d highly recommend the team at FJ Lord.

GoogleWe didn't actually end up buying a property through FJ Lord (structural issues meant we withdrew) but our estate agent Simon Totterdell, was very good and deserved 5*. He was honest, easy to contact and made the whole process very simple for us as first time buyers. A refreshing change from some of the other agents we had dealt with before!
