GoogleI have recently been renting a two bedroom flat in Shad Thames through Felicity J Lord - unfortunately however, there were some problems that occurred in the flat, which my landlord wasn't responding to in a timely manner - although Felicity J Lord were not managing agents in my case, I found Angela Pappin Cole very helpful and supportive when I had really not much response from the landlord himself. When it came time to leave the property, Angela again was very helpful and offered great advice, and with no response even after three weeks of moving out from my landlord as to when my deposit might be returned, Angela persisted and finally managed to get him to action the refund. I felt quite powerless in a very stressful situation, and yet received prompt, warm and professional help from Angela who was willing to go the extra mile, as well as all the other members of Felicity J Lord I have spoken to. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a flat in London to choose Angela as their lettings agent.
