Jordana Grant is by far the best agent I’ve ever met in the 6 years I’ve been living in London. She is extremely efficient and one can always feel that she honestly wants to help as much as she can. She was wonderful to me and my flatmates when we were desperately looking for an alternative accommodation after our flat burn down and she made everything easier for us. She has an amazing work ethic.

Ben was such an amazing letting agent from start to finish. Nothing was a problem. Communication was fantastic throughout the process. We didn’t see the property before signing the lease but it was just like the pictures (they even turned on the heating a few days before our tenancy started so the flat was warm for us). Ben made renting in London a breeze. I highly recommend Ben from Draker Lettings.

It has been an interesting and wonderful 2 year-journey since I started finding flats with Draker. I have been working with Jordan, Mo and Sonia and they all made me feel very comfortable. Jordan was very professional and friendly when he first contacted me to make some property-viewings. There were some problems from the landlord so I couldn't have the one that I offered but luckily, they continued helping me until I could find a good place and I surely did.Mo was super gentle and responsive. He helped me with all the documents that I needed to prepare. After my first flat signing the contract with them, I reached out again to him for moving and they were very helpful. And thanks to Sonia, a lovely person, I'm currently happy with my second home.Thanks Draker and the team for the professional service, for being responsive and being super gentle and kind with me. I'm happy that I chose Draker Lettings when I first came to London. Looking forward to the future as well!

Been looking for a one bed flat for my partner and I for an entire month and having to come across William was brilliant ..he all know the stress and hassle in finding a flat in London but most importantly somewhere you can call and feel at home! William was brilliant in helping us find some where listened to what we wanted and delivered everytime it has made flat searching a lot easier due to his help and diligence in getting us flat where we desire !! I would really recommend him , as he’s very easy going pays attention to what you need and provide alternatives ! It’s been sure a pleasure and has easy then burden on both my partner and I! If I had to do it all over again I would definitely choose William ! Such an Amazing person

She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and quickly organised a very efficient afternoon of multiple, high-quality viewings - where she found me my dream flat! Arabella was just great and took all the property search stress away.She is straightforward, gets things done, and also very fun to do viewings with (which is really important considering how painful property searches are usually...)Unlike most other agents, Arabella takes a long-term approach, is very transparent and it's clear that she genuinely cares about the property that is best matched for her client's situation.

Flathunting is a huge headache especially as an international student but it was so relieved when i got in touch with Jordan of Draker Lettings! He was very friendly and easy to talk to, was very accommodating of my many questions and had great suggestions to help us move forward. Very honest as well to help manage expectations and understanding of limitations I was facing as an international student. I had previously spent more than a month apartment hunting to no avail, but Jordan helped me find a suitable place in a few days. I recommend him to all my fellow students who were still looking.

Dealing with Draker’s and especially Jordan has been amazing and a pleasure!!! I’m still looking but that is definitely more down to me and my requirements ( budget and being pet friendly) then to them!!! Jordan has brilliant communication skills updating you with any questions and sending you details of anything that comes up! I’ve only been looking for a short time but I would rather wait and deal with someone like him then some of the other estate agents that don’t reply to your basic questions or pick up the phone! Would highly recommend Draker’s and Jordan!!

I had such a relaxing and reassuring time when I was trying to let my flat. I was sofa hopping whilst searching for the perfect place and I’m so grateful that I found Mo. You know when you meet someone and quickly question whether he’s an angel sent form above or if you are just lucky. There was not one question or problem I had that wasn’t quickly solved by him. He is what you would expect a modern day godmother from Cinderella to be like. Honestly if I could, I would take him with me everywhere I go! So, what I’m saying is… you would be committing the greatest mistake of your life if you don’t ask for Mo when you go to Draker Lettings. GEA

Jordan was absolutely brilliant!! Within minutes of giving my housing criteria to him, I'd been sent emails of possible properties all fitting the bill. All my questions were answered honestly, quickly and clearly. Only ever talked through message and over the phone and could tell this is an employee who loves the job and is willing to make sure all clients are as pleased as can be!! By far Arsh at Draker's Fulham Broadway has been the best agent to deal with. He went out of his way to understand my requirements and find a property that meets them. He’d printed out the brochures for each one of them so that I could easily match what I saw to the description and price. I found that very professional and useful. Draker’s, and our agent Kimia in particular, have been an incredible source of help and positivity in what has otherwise been a really bleak month of house hunting. Kimia is super friendly and has always been available for any questions or concerns we have had during application process. Hopefully we won’t need to look for a new place soon but if we do we would definitely go for Draker’s and we will definitely be asking for Kimia.

Draker have been great, they really have shone above the rest. Me and my partner were looking to find somewhere to rent pretty quickly, and due to our busy work schedules we were initially sceptical about dealing with agents, however, Sonia has been absolutely terrific with helping us find a place. She’s enthusiastic, provides great advice and most importantly she listened to our requirements and didn’t just send us stuff for the sake of it, overall she made the process of searching really enjoyable!

The entire team is extremely efficient and available to support you as landlord in any possible way.You can’t leave your house in better hands. I rented my property for a year while I was abroad, and Liam and the team at Drakers were brilliant. They found me short term tenants back to back and dealt with all the tenancy and property matters seamlessly. I also appreciated being kept updated regularly and not having to chase for information about my home. Liam is a true professional, and very invested in making sure his clients get exactly what they are seeking. The whole team at Drakers are very helpful and not like any other agents I’ve come across.
