Fantastic service by Jack Welstead at Draker. Finding the 'right' flat is hard, but Jack made the process very smooth. He was diligent and attentive when it came to preferences, and arranged lots of choice. I found him very pleasant to deal with, and not pushy at all. I highly recommend Jack Welstead when you are hunting for your next property!

As a landlord, so far, we’re very happy with Draker Lettings. We’ve mainly been dealing with Mo Kanso, who has been extremely efficient and very accessible and has made the administrative side of things easy and stress free. The team did a nice job of advertising the property and they all came out to familiarise themselves with it just before it was put on the market. George Landon carried out most of the viewings in our property and secured a suitable tenant for us. George has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His manner is refreshingly calm and courteous and he has been great at giving us feedback on viewings and at making sure we were informed on various issues as necessary. From his side, the tenant has also shared positive feedback in his dealing with George, which was reassuring to hear.

Excellent service from Draker and Will on moving into our new property. From the first visit, to getting the keys and supporting us while setting things up, everything was handled very professionally. Will was available and very helpful while going through the various stages of the process. A lot of the paperwork was done online, which made the whole thing very smooth. Thanks a lot for making our life easier during the transition.

Our situation was incredibly unique in that we had only flown in for the weekend to preview homes. We inquired online about a number of properties ahead of time and started hearing from hundreds of agents (the US Market is different - its one agent per listing). As you can imagine, we were inundated with replies, so for an agent to stand out in this type of environment would prove quite difficult. Beyond his diligence in communications from afar, Mo Kanso from Draker graciously made himself available to us in real-time once we got to London, happily setting up showings for us (despite last minute requests), and worked his savvy to see to it that we got to see each one - same day, no less! Market demand is unprecedented at this time, so this was no small feat. We took to Mo the moment he greeted us- his warm energy and professionalism made us feel immediately comfortable and trusting. In looking back, Mo was actually one of the first agents to respond to me AND the last to stick with me through a chaotic few days (and through quite the chaotic market).All this said, the grand finale for Mo (and for us) was that he pulled off a miracle - arranging a showing at the 11th hour! He and an agent from another company offered, and I decided to choose Mo because of our very positive experience with him that morning. He was even kind enough to pick us up with all of our luggage AND politely offered to help us get to the airport- this before any commitment on our end. Mo was actually able to coordinate the showing with the owner on hand, and he navigated it subtly and beautifully. We immediately fell in love with the home and committed to signing with Draker on the spot due to Mo’s hard work, kindness and flexibility. I couldn’t recommend Mo Kanso enough - we wouldn’t have left London with a home secured for 2023 if it hadn’t been for him. Thank you so much, Mo!

There is no doubt that finding a place to rent in London in 2022 is extremely difficult, and as renters it can feel like you’re simply a number. Awful, I recommend you go elsewhere. We dealt with the Chelsea office.We were required to act promptly and paid a lot of money for a flat. We were assured it would be in good order and the issues dealt with promptly. The flat manager is the cleaner and doesn’t reply nor speak good English. We don’t have heating and many issues aren’t being dealt with. We don’t even have keys to locks on exterior doors. There are lots of issues and we pay over £100 k a year. Drakers was aware of previous tenant discontent with flat but did not disclose. They respond a and are charming but divest any responsibility and their interest seems only to secure their tenancy fee and not ensure a reasonable property for the tenant. We are considering legal action

From the our first call, Sam has been incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgable. GoogleI decided to share my opinion about my experience with Draker but also I want to make sure everyone hear as well about landlord . First of all when I been looking for property I been looking for long term and agency told me that this property will be for few years , I asked them for parking they said that permit , I also told them that we want furnished property and they speak with landlord and all was confirmed by them and landlord. When we moved to property at first day we was in shock 😳, at property was bed with mattress full of disgusting vomit 🤮, there was also tv unit totally broken with protruding nails, it is very dangerous. After that we called to landlord , and we politely told to him and his daughter what we receive when we moved in. Now everyone who read this comment it’s thinking that landlord apologies and bought new mattress and remove all dangerous items - not at situation ! - landlord start screaming to us and tell us to fu.. off ! If we don’t like it he cancelled our contract now and we can go to street. When we reported this to agency they told us that they will speak to landlord and they will take care of it , unfortunately they didn’t do anything - because what they will do , they have commission from rent and they pissing on it after that . We didn’t have option to moving out as we running our business and we can’t loosing more time for cancelling contract and then looking for another property as it’s time consuming. After that after 6 months landlord send to us notice without any reason !!! - agency said that it’s about section 21 and they cancel contract to whole building ( which it’s above Wendy’s ) - and now we instead keep focusing about our life and business especially that we are been so busy - now we have to spend another time to keep searching for property to rent , which it’s not that easy , especially when we have to spend money for all this furniture plus we loosing lots time and days - for searching property , doing viewings - so what that it’s mean instead of making money and focusing about building our future , I have to sitting on Zoopla Rightmove and other websites , calling to agents etc that it’s huge time consuming. Now let’s get back to this that landlord give notice to whole building - turns out few days ago that he give notice to only us - imagine you give notice to people who never miss rent payment , always quite , never fighting , no issue with us , we just have our life and focusing about business we are calm and do not get in anyone's way, we have a lot of friends and there are no problems with us at all. And now he give to us notice because we complain about vomit 🤮 and other stuff . Interesting fact it’s that we manage to found new place , it’s brand new building , landlord it’s super friendly and great person , he welcome us in person and we also receive champagne 🍾 and chocolate as welcome pack - this is high class behaviour and you can see different between people !! - now after that we will not leave this like that against old landlord

Ben was great at helping us find a student flat. Even with the disastrous state of the renters market in London at the moment, Ben was able to find us a flat which met all of our needs and was in our budget. He was always super quick to reply and very professional. Being students, we have had some estate agents be patronising and unhelpful, however Ben did not treat us any different which was lovely.

Jordana Grant is by far the best agent I’ve ever met in the 6 years I’ve been living in London. She is extremely efficient and one can always feel that she honestly wants to help as much as she can. She was wonderful to me and my flatmates when we were desperately looking for an alternative accommodation after our flat burn down and she made everything easier for us. She has an amazing work ethic.
