We only wanted a short let of 4 weeks coming from New Zealand for a London holiday and thought we would try Draker rather than Airbnb as we have in the past. We did not have high expectations of interest due to the short duration and the assumption that we would be low on the priority list of prospective tenants. However, we were wrong. Ben has been extremely responsive, proactive and helpful since we first contacted him 5 months and numerous emails ago. We signed up for a property last week. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Draker (and particularly Elena) were always helpful during our property search, took the time to understand what did and didn’t work for us with various properties whilst remaining very patient, and ended up recommending the perfect property. Most importantly, amongst a month of speaking to what felt like every agency and most of the estate agents in London, we found Elena and everyone at Draker to be far and away the easiest to deal with - the London market is never quite a pleasure but they made it as close as possible. Would highly recommend.

Menorah assited me with searching for a property to rent with my partner. Draker had a range of affordable options available. Menorah was brilliant during our enquiries, they took me to several different properties in order to show us a range of options which was really helpful. Menorah took the time to understand what we were looking for and make sure that we found a property which we were happy with. We decided to make an offer on one of the properties and Menorah kept in touch with me frequently with updates about the landlord's decision, so that I always knew what was happening. In the end the landlord decided not to rent the property. Menorah provided us with a range of options immediately afterwards to see if we wanted to arranged any further viewings. Menorah is definitely one of the best agents I've looked for a property with during our search and comparing with other agents I've rented with in the past. I would definitely reccomended renting with Draker Lettings, Thank you very much for your time!

Trust Luke Anderson with your search

We have the privilege of liaising with Luke Anderson in our search for an apartment for rent. In a landlord’s market where demand outweighs supply, and agents have no need to give tenants the time of the day, Luke stood out amongst the other agents in his kindness, politeness, and ability to match/pick out properties. He really listened to our requirements and surprised us with a set of listings that were on point in price and location, and he remembers the details of our needs even in conversations days later (because he took good notes!). He also went out of his way to show us properties that we said we were keen on even if it wasn’t in his domain, called/texted to confirm we were available on the day itself. His professionalism, effort, and attention to detail was outstanding as compared to our interactions with many, many other agents in this landlord’s market [we had met agents who forgot we had a viewing, were pushy and told us properties that were within our budgets werent available when they were just because they wanted to close a more expensive property with us etc]. Luke was nothing like that and you can trust that he has your interest at heart. Thank you Luke for making our experience so pleasant!

Fantastic experience with Draker’s Lettings team in Sloane Square, London. I worked with Luke Anderson on finding a good flat/studio in Chelsea/South Kensington. Luke was incredibly kind, polite and helpful. He really understood my needs and criteria, didn’t make me feel like a number (like with many other agencies). Personal service, going the extra mile, available when you need them with great advice. The team are professional and really good at what they do! As a landlord you want a quick turnaround, reliability, and good communication. Trust is huge and they do not disappoint. Elena is the agent that every business should have

Elena has been brilliant and helped us since our first viewing. The first flat we looked at was okay, but the landlord wouldn't eventually accept our offer. Elena proposed to us another flat that was not within our budget. However, she convinced us to visit it. It was fabulous, and we made an offer, reassured by Elena that the landlord was flexible and eventually we finalised the contract! Elena assisted us throughout the process and made it very smooth. Also, she offered to show us around the flat another time, and we really appreciated that. The only place to go for rentals!

I now only use Draker to rent out my flat. All agents there reflect the professionalism that Tim instills in them from the top. Tim built a fantastic business and I have been using them since then. I have been dealing particularly with Jordana since 2020. She managed to rent the flat without a break from the previous tenant, in spite of the difficult Covid lockdown conditions. We have just extended this contract for another three years. Jordana is extremely pleasant to deal with, it is her dedication, knowledge and responsiveness that make her very effective in securing a good tenant. I can fully recommend Draker and Jordana as an excellent partner when dealing with the stresses of finding new tenant!

After walking out of several agency's around Fulham, we were feeling pretty down and almost ready to pack up and head back to Australia after being told its very unlikely the four of us to be able to find a place together due to the HMO law. We walked into Draker expecting the same responses as we had been receiving and explained our situation to India. India was a breath of fresh air and restored all hope in finding a place. She handed us at least 8 broachers of all different places. By the next day, India had us booked in for a viewing at 11.30am which ending up becoming our home. I came to London to look for a flat for short term let. Almost impossible, as I found out after having contacted countless agencies. Almost desperate the Draker office at Sloane Square draw my attention early evening and Mo Kanso was the agent who assured, that he would help and find something for me.
