I had been struggling to find a place in London, and Will made the process easy and worry-free. When the flat I was inquiring about was no longer available, he called me to gather information about my search and sent me the perfect flat. In less than 24 hours I was all set. The instructions are clear, and he really goes out of his way to answer all the questions, even the silly ones to make you comfortable. The communication is fast, all the paperwork is done efficiently, and it is a rare human agency in London. I can only recommend it and Will if you are looking for a flat.

Worked with George Landon at the Sloane Square location for a penthouse in Pimlico. George was thoroughly professional. Well dressed, professional, and showed up a bit early to greet us at the property. George arrived with a professionally branded folder for Draker with personalized printouts of the property with details and photos as well as a printed version of the application to let. Upon our expression of interest, George immediately followed up with the landlord with bios of me and my wife as a first expression of interest and sent us the links to complete referrals, initial payment, and the paperwork necessary. The paperwork was online and the referrals were online, all very professional and tidy. Our bank flagged the payment as suspicious and the fraud agent was more than satisfied with the documentation we'd been provided by George to provide immediate payment. George followed up on small details with the most polite, well crafted instant messages via WhatsApp. The instant messages were always written and signed as professional correspondence, quite unusual to be so professional via messaging. The property was taken off the market on the first business day available and cascaded out to the other rental property websites the day after as 'let agreed'. I normally have suggestions to improve service or professionalism but with this service I have none. Awesome job, George, for Draker.-Rod

I was skeptical about Draker at first, but was quickly proven wrong. I enquired about a property and despite the initial property I enquired about being let, my Draker agent, Sam, was on-top of helping me find a property in my price range. I feel so lucky to have had a great experience with my agency and landlady. Sam worked overtime over the holidays to help me secure the flat. There are really dedicated, special agents at Draker who care about you and want to help you move in! Sam is a great agent who is patient, hardworking, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially as an American who has not had any reference before signing! Our situation was incredibly unique in that we had only flown in for the weekend to preview homes. We inquired online about a number of properties ahead of time and started hearing from hundreds of agents (the US Market is different - its one agent per listing). As you can imagine, we were inundated with replies, so for an agent to stand out in this type of environment would prove quite difficult. Beyond his diligence in communications from afar, Mo Kanso from Draker graciously made himself available to us in real-time once we got to London, happily setting up showings for us (despite last minute requests), and worked his savvy to see to it that we got to see each one - same day, no less! Market demand is unprecedented at this time, so this was no small feat. We took to Mo the moment he greeted us- his warm energy and professionalism made us feel immediately comfortable and trusting. In looking back, Mo was actually one of the first agents to respond to me AND the last to stick with me through a chaotic few days (and through quite the chaotic market).All this said, the grand finale for Mo (and for us) was that he pulled off a miracle - arranging a showing at the 11th hour! He and an agent from another company offered, and I decided to choose Mo because of our very positive experience with him that morning. He was even kind enough to pick us up with all of our luggage AND politely offered to help us get to the airport- this before any commitment on our end. Mo was actually able to coordinate the showing with the owner on hand, and he navigated it subtly and beautifully. We immediately fell in love with the home and committed to signing with Draker on the spot due to Mo’s hard work, kindness and flexibility. I couldn’t recommend Mo Kanso enough - we wouldn’t have left London with a home secured for 2023 if it hadn’t been for him. Thank you so much, Mo!
