Lettings team with great communication!

Arsh has been very helpful in finding us a new flat and helping us move in to our new home! Arsh and the team at Draker have had clear, upfront communication guiding us through all steps of the tenancy process which has been very much appreciated. We were able to secure the property and sign the contracts on the day of viewing thanks to their prompt work. We have only just moved in to the property however we are very happy with the service from Arsh and Draker Lettings so far.

A stress free experience

John Church of Draker Lettings helped me find my flat. After arriving from the US, my flat search had to be completed virtually. John was very responsive through text and email. I told him a few things I wanted in my flat and he found one almost immediately. He sent me video of the flat and even had a personal FaceTime call with me to view the flat. John is very friendly and approachable, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. I would 100% recommend Draker!

Jack and Luci made my first time renting in London a very smooth and pleasant experience. We were meant to see another property with Luci but she called the same day saying she’d found something that had just come onto the market which she thought was a perfect fit. It was exactly what we’d been looking for and it saved us a bunch of time we would have spent going to viewings. Throughout communication was quick and efficient, and they were great point of contact with the Landlord, helping with questions and discussions. The tone was friendly and courteous throughout, which made it a very positive experience. Before moving in they had booked an extra cleaning to get it up to an exceptional standard. Jack personally checked all the lightbulbs and ensured the fridges and hot water was turned on. Super professional and excellent service, would highly recommend Draker!

Lucky to have worked with this professional and friendly agency

From the second I showed my interest in a one of the flats marketed by Draker Lettings, they have helped me in every way possible to get the flat. Whilst being highly professional, they are still very friendly and always here to listen and help. We are very happy with the personal service

We are very happy with the personal and outstanding service we received from the team at Draker Lettings, especially from Mo Kanso. Drakers rented our flat quickly and Mo kept us updated along the way. He helped us enormously with the contract and arrangements with the tenants from recommending window cleaner to inventory to helping select new furniture for the tenants. We felt that Mo and the team at Drakers went beyond and above what they needed to do and made letting our flat our easy and stress free!

We recently rented a property with Draker lettings and Edward our agent was a great help, Edward always picked up the telephone quickly and dealt with any queries promptly. He was very professional and personable in his approach and was a pleasure to deal with. The renting of this property was not straightforward and Edward is quite new to this business so had to rely on his manager at times for information but he was always honest if he did not know the answer to a question that was asked, and to my mind this is better than someone that pretends to know everything and clearly doesn't. All round good experience.

Draker Lettings tick all boxes

I approached Draker Lettings as a result of a mailshot offering letting with no commission for an initial promotion period. Assuming this to be something of a gimmick I had few expectations of achieving a rental as a landlord, attractive as the deal appeared coming from a background of getting something for nothing didn’t exist in my book. Well how wrong I was. Mo the manager of the relatively newly formed team for Bayswater and Notting Hill could not have been more attentive and informed and along with his colleague Sam were very encouraging about the prospects for finding a tenant, their enthusiasm was palatable despite the ground floor being divided up at the time with a partition for Covid control purposes and taking on a rental that had construction work continuing in the basement post-commencement. They could see through all that unlike subsequent viewers. Sam wanted to be a lodger in the guest bedroom with its own terrace, steam room and library on the 2nd floor. Subsequently Jordan attended viewings who is such an agreeable chap. The agent / landlord relationship is so vital and Draker Lettings ticked all the boxes in this regard. I can’t recommend them highly enough. And yes you guessed they found the tenant in a 3 week period for our 5 bedroom house out of 5 other agents being commissioned. Praise indeed! Subsequently they have been very attentive to details and the Rental Agreement from viewing to signing was achieved in 2 days and that includes a Sunday.

Great experience searching for a property!

Sam Meadows made the experience of finding a flat so easy and comfortable. He took the time to understand what we needed and wanted in a flat, kept us well-informed, and didn't push us into making any on-the-spot decisions. We were also searching for a place while one of us was out of the country, which made things more difficult, but Sam again understood this and made the effort to ensure she still felt she could contact him with any questions. My experience with Draker

From the very beginning, our agent Sam Meadows made me feel completely comfortable and showed a keen interest in finding properties that actually matched our needs and budgets, and made the entire experience a breeze. I never felt pressured to make any decisions we weren't ready for and felt really well informed. He also went to the effort of remembering all of our names, including my flatmate that was in Dubai at the time. Sam's gentle attitude was part of the reason I felt confident in placing an offer on a property he showed us, as many other agencies were overly pushy which put me off massively.
