My son will be spending his Spring semester in London. Myself and the mom of his roommate, worked with Will Ridge to secure an apartment. Will was incredibly patient and professional. He answered numerous questions and helped as we figured out the pound to US dollar conversion. I would highly recommend working with Draker Lettings and specifically, Will Ridge.

It’s been a long time since I had my experience working with this company. I wanted to leave a personal message to one agent called Menorah Ndongala ( I don’t know if I wrote it correctly) Only one person who cared and understood my situation even without words. I was very surprised and grateful! You r a big professional who knows how to make a deal) Big thanks and the best wishes from Lily

TrustpilotSmooth International Transfer
Moving from the US to London in the middle of a pandemic should’ve been a nightmare. But, John was absolutely fantastic in helping me secure a flat on arrival, ensuring I was set from the first turn of my key for quarantine, and has been incredibly responsive in answering any and all questions. I cannot recommend Draker, and John, enough, as they enabled me to confidently and safely navigate an international relocation.

TrustpilotThank you Draker Lettings
Thank you Draker Lettings, Fulham Broadway for excellent service. One of your team members Arsh was very helpful, friendly and professional. The property was exactly the same as per photos. However, there were couple of issues with heating and hot water, but they were resolved immediately thanks to great communication. Lastly, the team was helpful in being flexible for the delivery of keys and kept me updated throughout the letting process.Highly recommend!

TrustpilotJack, Mickael and the team have stepped up
Jack, Mickael and the team have stepped up In what has been a challenging year! They have been professional, timely and strong communicators. As a Landlord living on the other side of the world in Aotearoa New Zealand, it has been reassuring to know that we have an Agency that has been working on our behalf through a unique set of circumstances that just keeps on giving!! Thank you, it is appreciated.

TrustpilotGreat experience finding a flat for a placement year in London
Ben Spanton has been a fantastic help in our hunt to find a flat for our placement year in London. He has always been approachable for us to ask questions and has been very supportive and helpful during the whole process. We would definitely recommend Drakers to any other young professionals looking for accommodation.

TrustpilotThis agency wasted my disabled mother’s…
This agency wasted my disabled mother’s valuable time, they said the owner of the property did not wish to rent to us{ 10 days before we were meant to move in} they said we needed more references but did not ask us for more and only used that to, in my opinion, discriminate against a disabled person. Why else would they say no us without trying to resolve the situation. They had our deposit and a 6 month in advance rent from us. It is sickening that agents are not regulated properly and they can do this to people. Landlords take full advantage of tenants and sadly agents do not help. I’m so saddened that after organising my mother’s move, we are now left homeless because of an awful landlord and an agency that could have done more but did not.

TrustpilotThe Best
George has been very helpful in the process of looking for a flat. He was available almost 24/7 and always remained professional and informative. Having had experience with many property agencies in London, this one undoubtedly proved to me that a customer-oriented approach is still possible in the London market.

TrustpilotHighly recommend Jordan from Draker
Draker is a very professional letting agency. The agent we had contact with was Jordan, who was incredibly helpful and sincere. Jordan not only showed us some great properties which matched our criteria very well, but he also guided our transition into London and helped us settle down. We had several viewings with other agents from various agencies and Jordan was by far the best one. We highly recommend using Draker.

TrustpilotFlat hunting made easy!
Had a very pleasant experience with Draker from start to finish. Finding the right flat in central London is a challenge in itself but Mo and his team were extremely helpful in finding me the perfect flat. Great attitudes along with quick and convenient communication via WhatsApp made the letting process a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend Draker if you are flat hunting in London!

Kimia is by far, the best agent that I have come across. She did everything beyond and above to give us a good deal for the flat that we are living in. GoogleOne of the best agency and service in London so far, especially thanks to Sam Meadows. My friend and I were in a rush to find a new apartment, we have done many bad visits by ourselves first. When we contacted Sam, he directly understood what we were looking for and he founds us an incredible quality/price apartment fulfilling all our criterias in less than a week. Thanks again for your help and efficiency.

Jordana was very professional and helped us secure the property that we viewed very efficiently. She also helped us process the paper work immediately to help us secure our property (even though it was getting late on a Saturday afternoon). Throughout the process she has been very helpful with any questions we had. Would 100% recommend her and thank you for helping us secure our home!

TrustpilotFulham Draker Ben Spanton
Ben Spanton was an amazing agent. He was extremely quick to answer even during weekends if necessary and communication was clear and efficient. We had about a week to find a decent place in Fulham and he made it possible when other agencies sometimes hadn’t even answered to phone calls or emails. Great agents! I definitely recommend!
