Draker letting has helped me and my wife find a beautiful apartment last minute when no one else could. Barneby, the agent from Draker letting, took great care of us and even though we were out of the country he was happy to assist us in anyway possible including sending us videos and pictures of the apartment and answering any questions about the apartment in a very quick and professional manner. We thank you Barneby and Draker letting for our beautiful new home.

My experience with draker lettings team, specifically Mo Kanso was extremely good. I highly recommend him and this agency. From the beginning over the phone Mo listened to my requirements and immediately drew up a list of possibilities. I felt very much that he actually understood my needs and was listening , unlike most agencies. He was readily available and very kind and helpful. On our tour he showed me the right kind of properties that I had outlined. He was not pushy and continued to listen to my feedback. When we found the place I wanted he was very helpful in setting up our second viewing even on a Saturday. The whole process was easy and he made it so. Really excellent experience. And finally, I feel that I was told the truth the whole way through, no attempts to hurry me along

Professional service from start to finish. I contacted Draker to view a property I saw on their site. Their agent John Church contacted me and arranged a viewing and suggested two other properties close by. One of these properties he recommended was perfect for me and I only would have found it because of his recommendation which he made on analysis of my specific needs. John was very helpful and diligent throughout the process and I fully recommend him and Draker based on my experience.

GoogleWe met Sam Meadows on our first visit of a property in Putney for our daughter who had organised the viewing. Sam was very polite, elegant, timely and professional by providing all the information required. While this first visit did not meet all my daughter's expectation, Sam kept looking for her and in less than a week introduced two other letting to us. Again the viewing were characterised with professionalism and very polite manners and Sam did find the exact offer to match our daughter's expectations. She is so excited to soon move in. Meanwhile Sam had processed diligently and efficiently all the paper work. It seems that both new tenant and the landlord are very happy. Thank you very much.

Secondly, I would like to thank Mo very much for helping me and my family to find the perfect apartment. We are really grateful, Mo responded to our requests quickly, listened to us well , understood our requirements and on this basis all the apartments options chosen for us by Mo were excellent from the first time, and not only this he did almost everything to facilitate things and process everything smoothly. Now let me tell you about my experience with Draker Lettings. I don't live in London but welling to come for a short break along with my family. However, my family and I decided to book an apartment but we didn't know how and where to start. I started "googling" about the biggest Real Estate Agencies in London and found two agencies (forgive me I cannot mention the name of the agencies) with long history and many branches across UK. Although they have big reputations, dealing with them was the worst experience ever. They never responded to us on time it took them 3-4 days to get back to us, never understood what we are looking for or where are we coming from and all the options provided never met our expectations and they didn't bother to ask if we are welling to look for something different. At the end we felt that they underestimated what we were looking for and it was not their priority! Unlike Draker Lettings, specially Mo, dealing with them made us very comfortable and confident we felt that we are as important as any person, regardless of whether that person is intending to buy real estate in millions or a normal person we got the same attention and treatment. Also, Despite the deference in Terms and Conditions of rentals and lettings between where I live and London, Mo took all the time and effort to explain each term thoroughly which have weived all our concerns and made us very very very comfortable. Finally, I would like to thank Mo again for being there for us and answering all our questions and finding the perfect apartment for us. Draker Letting is lucky to have such an employee, or shall I call him an asset! Thank you Draker Lettings and Thank you Mo.

Kimia Yousefi is immensely helpful. That's the most direct way i can put it. She contacted me for a place that might fit our needs, and upon a really positive viewing, she did everything in her power to speed the process along. Within the span of 48 hours, all the stress that had been building up for months was relieved. Any potential tenant who works with Kimia is very lucky!

Draker Lettings have yet again gone above and beyond to help and advise me. Across lockdown 3 rental properties became vacant due to companies going bust, but they were all re-let within 2 weeks thanks to Tim, Jack and the Draker team. I highly recommend Draker Lettings as they’re better than any other estate agents I’ve worked with and worth the extra % as they’re always happy to help and have always found me great tenants.

Not only that, they go the extra mile and add a definite personal touch in working with the managing agent and landlord in ensuring that the tenant settles well in to their new home. GoogleMark was super proactive in the hunt for a property for myself and my partner. He whizzed us around London and showed us a lot of different types of property that may have fulfilled our criteria. On top of this he was a real character and made the search entertaining and not just draining! Unfortunately we didn’t find the right property on the hunt with Mark however we’d definitely go back to him if looking again the the Fulham area in the future

Liam and team from Fulham Broadway brunch are simply amazing. As landlord I was so lucky having them (recommendation) and they really did best finding me the tenant with maximum two days gap (short term tenant who left my flat happily every time) l and it took them only 4 days to get me the tenant for 2yrs and for asking price. Landlord and tenants just try them and the rest leave to them!

Ben is absolutely amazing! Renting an apartment in the UK from the US had been quite challenging until meeting Ben.
