GoogleThe flat I was renting was managed by the landlord, so did not have so much contact with D&G aside from checkin and checkout at the end of the tenancy. When this happened, the service was always professional and outstanding. I mostly dealt with Rosie and John. Sadly, and reason for the 4 stars, I found John Dillon extremely unresponsive to my emails and questions that went pretty much unanswered or with extremely delayed answers. Not the service I would expect. On the other hand, when I dealt with Rosie Angell James, she has always been lovely and really nice to work with, from a couple of emails up until handing over the keys where I was finally able to put a face to a name. Thanks again!

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience working with Adam Clay from D&G West Putney. He maintained fantastic dialogue with us ahead of our relocation to better understand exactly what we were looking for in our home. The very first place he showed us was a winner and he clearly thought about the selected property from our family's perspective, ensuring it checked all the boxes. From there, he's continued to handhold us and ensure we're well represented in the following conversations with our landlord. A consummate professional and extremely pleasant partner to work with, we'd highly recommend Adam for any family looking to secure a home in the area.
