GoogleMy family and I recently moved to London from California, USA and we had the pleasure of working with Sian-Louise Tangney. She is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone seeking assistance with housing in the London area. We began our housing search while still living in the states, and Sian-Louise was so accommodating as she would provide me with real time FaceTime walk through a of the properties that we were interested in. After we chose a property, she stuck by our side through the entire application process, and even played liaison between my family and the property owners to the extent that the owners assisted us with school recommendations for our 10 year old son, provided us with contact information for Home cleaners and babysitters that the home owners used frequently! We were so well taken care of by Sian-Louise that we signed our let contract prior to moving to London and she would frequently check in on our property while we were still in the states. If there was ever a period of time where she hadn’t heard from us, she would give me a call to check in on us and help us with any concerns we had, even with concerns outside of the let topic. Sian-Louise has been a true blessing and now friend of our family! She single handedly made our international transition from the states to London extremely smooth even though certain parts of the process attempted to ruin our experience and we are eternally grateful to her. I would definitely recommend Sian-Louise for any and all letting needs! Thanks Again, The Davies Family 2018

GoogleSian-Louise and I worked with to rent a flat. I really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Renting a flat in this market is challenging, but working with Sian-Louise made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend her.

GoogleKitty was always very friendly and helpful during our search for a property. Her emails were always prompt and she always found time to chat through things on the phone. When we were viewing properties she understood exactly what we wanted and spent time ensuring that the properties we viewed met the credentials we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the market and also offered up useful pieces of advice, which as first time buyers, was particularly appreciated.

GoogleI've just bought a property through Douglas and Gordon in West Putney. Amy Jones was the sales negotiator and throughout the process I could not fault her. She was always available to take calls, answer emails, liase with the seller and give me access to the property. She could not have been more helpful and was knowledgeable about the local area and next steps in the process. As a first time buyer I found her very capable and a pleasure to deal with. The sales manager Kitty Cavendish was also excellent and was always on hand to get things done at important moments.
