D&G stepped in and managed to quickly secure us a sale, despite the previous agent struggling. I’m not sure how they have such a huge number of buyers on their books, but we had so many viewings arranged before even being online! Lavinia especially was a star throughout. Our chain collapsed and she quickly got us a new buyer and ensured we didn’t lose our dream house. As well as being extremely professional and keeping us regularly updated, Lavinia is really personable and you can tell values her clients. Douglas & Gordon at West Putney couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with. Maddy Montague is an absolute gem and I would highly recommend working with her if you get the chance to. Maddy carefully considered our preferences, and unlike other agencies, she never recommended a property that didn't fit what we asked for. As soon as a property would become available, Maddy would contact us immediately and was usually able to arrange a viewing with us the same day, which is a testament to her diligence and flexibility. Perhaps most importantly, Maddy demonstrated professionalism and understanding throughout all our experiences with her. We're elated to say that we ended up with a dream property, which we were able to view the first day it was available, and provided us with incredible value. My wife and I couldn't be more thrilled!
