Rob, James, Fergal and the team have been fantastic since I listed my property with them. As I live in Australia it is important that I have someone I can trust and rely on to keep me updated, which they have certainly done. They have been extremely professional and worked very hard in the current climate to generate viewings. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks for your great work!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I want to personally thank Alfie for being so professional, responsive, and adaptive to the current circumstances with Covid-19. Looking for a place to live while in another country can be stressful, and Alfie took us through the process step by step which truly made everything a lot easier. While we had to put our moving plans on hold until January, we are looking forward to getting Alfie's help once again in a few months!

She was really friendly at the viewings and great at responding to our queries quickly. I would really recommend this branch of Douglas & Gordons. Best estate agent we have had so far!

Just completed purchasing my flat through Douglas & Gordon and very grateful, happy at how the process from start to finish went perfectly. Through the sale, I dealt with Rob Stanley and Edward firbank who both have been wonderful keeping me updated through the process, allowing access into the property when required, returning calls when missed, simply a pleasure to work with. Thank you Rob & Ed you've been terrific. Best Regards Tony

James have been really helpful and very professional during my house search with Douglas Gordon. He was thorough kept me updated about properties. Viewing were swift and on time and I liked how much information he provided compared to other agents just send part time staff who do not have any clue about the property. I highly recommend Douglas Gordon and James as a great high street agent.

Thanks so much to Elliot, John and the team at D&G West Putney. From the first moment I inquired, the attentiveness has been second to none. The quality of service provided is exceptional and the whole team has worked seamlessly (and in record time) to secure our new residence which checked off everything we needed. Highly recommend contacting the team if you are searching for a new home!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Douglas and Gordon were one of the most responsive (without being annoying) letting agency that we dealt with. They were professional, easy to get along with and accommodating. They really wanted to find us a property to suit our needs as opposed to just filling a space. A special thank you to Archie Blyth, Elliot Boreham and Emma Johnson who went particularly out of their way to accommodate us.

James Hastings went above and beyond in order to find the right property for us. I have been on the books of dozens of estate agents in London but this is the first time I have encountered one that works hard to get to know you and puts in the effort on a personal level.

D&G, especially Suzi, were incredibly professional, helpful and proactive when aiding our property search. They listened closely to our desires in a property and gave us high quality, good value suggested properties. Viewings were organised promptly and Suzi was incredibly knowledgeable about the properties in question. When we put in an offer everything went seamlessly and they assisted us with any questions we had. Thanks!

The West Putney office has been looking after our property for the past 27 years. In that time, we have had numerous tenants and 2 major renovations. Everything is always handled smoothly and efficiently. We are very fortunate to have them as our agents and hope that they will look after us for another 27 years!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

John Dillon has consistently sourced great tenants and achieved a fantastic rental price. He is personable, communicative and gives plenty of notice regarding any thing that needs to be undertaken in relation to the property. I would 100% recommend John if you are considering renting either as a landlord or tenant. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area and market activity.

Sian-Louise is an extremely professional agent who went above and beyond in our search for a rental property. A pleasure to meet someone who is friendly, takes such a keen interest in clients and quickly gets to grips with meeting their requirements. A last minute change of circumstance means we didn't actually take-up the property but just wish there were more agents around of this exceptional caliber. Highly recommend.
