GoogleI wanted to look into buying another flat near me in Putney, and so approached to discuss. I met with a lovely young lady called Lavinia, who was very helpful in talking me through the different options, and what the process would entail. She made me feel very relaxed and at ease, making it very clear what steps would need to be taken if we went forward with any transactions.

GoogleWe had a great experience with our search for a rental property through D&G. Maddy looked after us and was incredibly helpful, professional and generally lovely to deal with, including making time to accommodate us for viewings on a busy Saturday at short notice! She genuinely listened to our needs and concerns and went out of her way to help us. All of her colleagues were equally helpful - I'd recommend D&G's services to anyone looking for a property to rent or purchase, we received an incredibly high quality of service and the entire team was a true pleasure to deal with.

GoogleSuzi helped me find a beautiful property and the experience from the first showing to the property that I finally put an offer was amazing. I didn't feel like I was 'just another prospective tenant', instead I felt like I was meeting an old friend. She considered all my unique requirements and was committed to finding me a property that suited my needs. She was professional, intuitive, knowledgeable and attentive. If you need a property in West Putney, Suzi's the one to help you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleD&G have been absolutely brilliant in their service to us as prospective tenants. They genuinely want to understand what you are looking for and are highly communicative throughout the process. It is clear that D&G (most of our interaction with Maddy) are focussed on providing an innovative and modern approach (with latest technology / marketing) however are still able to balance it with an old school, humanistic approach which is professional and genuinely cares about building tailored relationships with their clients. I cannot recommend D&G highly enough...people that go the extra mile.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleD&G Putney have looked after our flat (sourcing tenants and managing) for years now. They have shown themselves to be reliable and efficient, always having our best interests at heart. John in particular has a good eye for potential tenants and we prefer to have the flat empty than to have iffy tenants. We can always rely on him to have a clear idea of what will work best for us in terms of tenants, pricing etc, while making sure we are aware of all our options. Anna delivers prompt and courteous service. She is very quick to respond to queries and to clarify issues when we have them. We now regard D&G as more than agents - they really feel like partners.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Dear Mark & Shawn, that's great to hear! We really appreciate your recommendation of the John, Anna and team. Best wishes from everyone at Douglas&Gordon
