GoogleSian-Louise was an absolute estate-angel! She gave great advice and talked us through the crazy speedy London renting ways! Even though we ended up finding a home through a different agent (who completely messed us around) Sian still checked in to see how everything was going and show d genuine empathy.. will deffo be going directly through her in the future! Thank you x

GoogleI have to say that after dealing with many Letting Agents over the past few weeks my impression was slightly blurred if not damaged as to the way in which I have been dealt with , however yesterday I met Sian-Louise and I have to honestly say that this lady has restored my faith 100%. She was professional and also extremely warm, above all the one thing that stood out was her utter honesty, something that many other agents should learn. She is a true gem and an absolute credit to Douglas and Gordon.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Jason! D&G are delighted to have you as a customer. Wishing you all the best.

GoogleDouglas and Gordon Putney are the best estate agents in the area by a mile! We worked with Ed Firbank on my transaction and he was always attentive, knowledgeable, approachable and overall great to deal with. Knew all details about the property and even for the most obscure questions made a point of finding out and getting back to me. Having lived in London for years now, property search is something I had to do quite a few times, and Ed is one of the best agents I ever worked with. Highly recommended and next time I need property-related help in Putney area, will go to Douglas and Gordon Putney!
Dear Nadia, we're thrilled that you've written this! Many thanks from all of us at D&G
