I cannot speak highly enough about the help and service I recieved from the lettings team at the Balham Office. Kitty found our dream flat and worked tirelessly to make sure we had everything in place to have our offer accepted by the landlord. Once the offer was accepted, Kitty and Emlyn ensured that the reference check process went through without any problems. They made the whole process stress free and easy from beginning to end. Definitely the most professional agents I have ever dealt with.

Placed an offer which was accepted a week before. All documents and references were provided with immediate affect and full amount paid. Being a Lettings agent myself, I consistently asked whether the landlord had signed the tenancy agreements and terms. I was reassured he is old school and prefers pen and paper over electronic signatures and would be signing them shortly. We were moving on the Saturday and we’re told the evening before that we could no longer move into the property we have just signed up for without any firm reason. Being an agent myself I most definitely believe this situation could have been prevented. We were not given any help in finding a new flat.

The service that Emlyn gave to me in letting out my property was outstanding. Truly a genuine guy who is incredibly considerate, open, transparent and most importantly was NEVER PUSHY. He genuinely cared about ensuring I got the right tenants for my property and I respected the fact that he didn't just put anyone in my property. Most agents would have rushed someone in for the sake of it. Emlyn also went out of his way to help get furniture into the property. D&G come highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use them again and again.

Brilliant experience letting my flat with D&G Balham. Emlyn in particular has been particularly effective. My flat was having some works done by another agent who were also looking for tenants, and it wasn't working. Thankfully Emlyn came to rescue and let the flat out within 2 days! He said he could do it and totally followed through. I have also found his communication to be consistently clear and decisive, which is exactly what I need. The rest of the team are great too. Can't recommend them highly enough.
