GoogleExcellent. I sold through them and would not hesitate to recommend them. They don't overvalue just to get you to use them, communication was very good throughout the process and they are good at getting back to you if you can't speak to them immediately. The whole process was very smooth.

They were open and honest re the progress and didn't then aimlessly call me up to sell inappropriate opportunities.

GoogleNo care for the tenants, just after the money. The lack of professionalism was truly astounding. Both the lettings and property management teams, if you can even call them that, were at times utterly difficult and other times just very unhelpful. They honestly give Balham a bad name.
