As someone moving from abroad, the rental process could have been overwhelming, but she made everything smooth and stress-free. From the very first inquiry, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful, always quick to answer my questions and guide me through every step. What stood out most was how thoughtful and proactive she was, especially given the time difference and my not being in the UK. I always felt supported and well-informed. Thanks to her, I found a lovely apartment that fits perfectly, and the whole process was far easier than I ever expected. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a professional and compassionate agent!
