We have lived in the area for 5 years already but her knowledge of the area stood out from other agents we dealt with during our search and we quickly put an offer in for a property through Dexters after she presented several options.
Although the offer didn't complete due to issues with the landlord negotiating in a unfaithful way I was impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process.
What truly set her apart was a genuine care and client-centric attitude, she took the time during initial discussions to understand our needs and never pushed for a decision that wasn’t right for us.
If I was to look for another property or had friends looking to I would confidently recommend her due to the efficient and trust she built in the short time we interacted.
