It was my first time renting in London. I had heard so many bad stories of estate agents. I called Dexter's and was greeted by Isobella who was kind and patient with me. She answered all my questions and was quick to send through properties that were within my specifications (and as any good sales person does, a couple aspirational, but not wild options). We visited three different properties and she was knowledgeable and professional. She was very quick to reply to my emails, and when we decided on a property she walked me through the entire process. She made the whole experience smooth and easy, and I would absolutely recommend Dexter's to anyone looking to rent in London.

I had an exceptional experience working with Nadia Korjieh from Dexters during my international relocation. Moving countries is incredibly difficult, but Nadia understood my unique challenges from the start. Since I wasn’t in the country, she provided extra support through detailed videos and stayed patient through endless questions and back-and-forth communication. What truly sets Nadia apart is her dedication; she made herself available over weekends and was always incredibly quick to reply via mobile. Our experience with Dexter Letting Agency has been the worst we've had in 10 years of living in London. It was so bad that we were forced to break our contract six months early, despite the rising rental prices across the UK. Our interactions with Natasha and Kiera were particularly frustrating. Their approach to handling issues was to delay and deflect until we were exhausted. We faced multiple problems, including mold in the bedroom, air infiltration from a window, and a significant gap under the main door that let in cold air. Instead of addressing these issues, they consistently shifted responsibility to the building managers, claiming it wasn’t their problem. When I mentioned my girlfriend was coughing, likely due to the mold, they begrudgingly applied anti-mold paint, but it was too little, too late. When we decided to end the contract early, they initially tried to charge us a fee, but eventually backed down, likely realizing how unreasonable that would be. In short, this experience was terrible and frustrating

As someone moving to the UK from another country, I was very nervous/unsure of how the rental process would go for me.
