Dexters Team has been very helpful and responsive in assisting us in moving into our new flat. They've helped us from beginning to the end of the flat arrangements and were very apologetic for some hiccups encountered along the way. We also appreciated how Harry kept us updated every step of the way and ensured that we submit all needed requirements to complete the tenancy agreement. In particular, James and Harry have also been very flexible for the needed special arrangements for our flat. Harry also continue to check on us after our move-in date which we find very thoughtful. My whole experience with Dexters was very pleasant, each agent I dealt with was amazing and very helpful. Due to COVID-19 I was unable to live in my flat for the whole tenancy and they were really helpful. After making an enquiry into a 2-Bedroom property in Shad-Thames, Ronni reached out and told me about a few other properties which I could view in the area to maximise value of mine and my partner's time. Ronni was very knowledgeable about the area, knew all of the details and history of the building, provided a good profile of the landlord and didn't cut any corners. So many estate agents would show a property which was "only £100 PCM more than our budget" or "had character" or "doesn't have all the requirements but it's still nice". With Ronni we didn't feel rushed, we learnt a lot about the area and the buildings and he worked with us to set realistic expectations. Looking for a new place in London could be a real nightmare. During a few weeks, we went through many agencies at many places in the City and we have to admit that it's not easy to find an agent with a proper attitude. Most of the time the agents were showing us the wrong flats, they were late and very often arrogant. We have to admit that the first meeting with Daniel fully came up with our expectations. He was the only agent who was punctual, kind with a good sense of humor, and told us something about the flat and neighborhood which we think was crucial to make up our minds. During the whole process, we were definitely in good hands. We didn't encounter any problems with delays or paperwork. Even, when we needed to double-check something in the flat, he quickly arranged the meeting to help us solve the problem.
